Charlette Mason graduated with honors from Gateway College of Evangelism in 1985 with a degree in music. In 1989, she became the director of Kiddie Kingdom, a faith based child care program in the St. Louis suburb of Florissant. During this time she attended many child care trainings and attended St. Louis Community College taking classes in the child care field. In 1999, she and her family moved to Pearcy and in 2000, she helped open the new ministry of High-Five after school care at Piney Grove United Methodist Church. The Fun in the Son summer program was added in 2003. Except for about 9 months in 2002, she has been actively involved in the daily operation of the program and helped lead the team to state accreditation in 2008.
In 2003, Charlette received The Arkansas Children's Program Administrator Certificate sponsored by DHS Division of Early Childhood Education and Arkansas State University.
Charlette is the Mom of three--a college student, senior, and 8th grader. Between Piney Grove UMC and Calvary Pentecostal Church which her husband pastors, she stays very busy! Her personal motto is blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape. She enjoys listening to and playing music, reading and spending time with her family just hanging out! She also immensely enjoys working with the families and children at High-Five!

Mandy Cole graduated with honors from Robert E. Lee High School in Bayton, TX in 1997. From 1998-2000 she attended Lee College, in Bayton, pursuing a degree in Elementary education. Mandy has 13 years experience in childcare; her first job was at the age of 16 as a teacher's aid during summer school in Texas. In 2003, she and her husband moved to Hot Springs to be closer to their families. Mandy began working at High-Five in the Spring of 2004. Except for a few months maternity leave, she has been part of the High-Five family for four years and enjoys every minute of it! She is currently responsible for the cirriculum planning, field trips, and during Fun in the Son assists in the directing of High-Five.
Mandy is a member of the ASU childhood services program, and is part of the professional registry at ASU. She just completed the Arkansas Children's Program Administration Orientation, and in October plans to begin classes to acquire her Arkansas Children's Program Administrator Certificate sponsored by DHS Divison of Childhood Education and Arkansas State University. She also attends numerous workshops and seminars througout the year to further educate herself in the child care field.
Mandy is the proud mother of three -- a kindergartener daughter, a son who will be four in November, and another son who will be two in November. She will have been married to her husband, Chad, for eight years in November. She attends Cornerstone United Pentecostal church in Hot Springs, where she is the Ladies Auxilary Leader, the Children's Choir Director, a member of the sign team, and a Sunday school teacher in the toddler class. Mandy enjoys photography, playing the piano, singing, reading, spending time with her family, especially on the Holidays. She thanks God for his many blessing and can't wait to see what the future holds.

Jon Burroughs has been employed with the High-Five program since January 2005. Jon is a sponsored member of the Arkansas Early Childhood Professional Development System and is certified in CPR and First Aid.
Jon graduated from Jonesboro High School in 2002. He recently received an Associate of Arts Degree from National Park Community College and is currently pursuing his Bachelor's Degree in Education at Henderson State University.
Jon's greatest interests are fishing, basketball, and listening to and peforming music. Jon spends much of free time volunteering at his local church, First Assembly of God where he is an active in the choir, youth, and bus ministries.

Brad Anderson is in his second year at National Park Community College. He will graduate after the spring semester. His plans are to continue college and recieve a doctorate in psychology.
Brad graduated with honors from Lake City Christian Academy in 2007. Brad lived in Lake City all of his life until he moved to Hot Springs in August of 2007. He started working at High-Five in March of 2008.
A member of Arkansas Early Childhood Professional Development System Registry, Brad is also certified in Adult and Child CPR and First Aid.
Brad is actively involved in Apostolic Faith Tabernacle, as well as being a full time student at NPCC, and working at High-Five. He enjoys playing softball, spending time with his girlfriend of two years, and writing. Go Hogs!
